Yes, Mahi international School provides boarding facility to both boys and girls. Mahi has separate boarding houses for boys and girls in the school campus itself which is highly safe and secure.
How are the boarding facilities?
Mahi International School provides fully furnished residential facilities for both boys & girls. Separate hostel buildings for boys & girls are designed keeping in mind the safety and security of the students. The rooms are air-conditioned, well ventilated and cozy, situated at peaceful and serene environment far distant from the noise and other pollutions. At Mahi, the hostel is a home away from home, where children develop the 'confidence to be independent', be it friendships, food, belongings, rooms, joys, sorrows, challenges or any of the uncountable experiences of growing-up together. Caring wardens and tight security along with friendly support staff including housekeepers, matrons, ayahs, laundry and maintenance staff ensures a pleasant stay, allowing students to focus on their studies and productive activities. The Principal and teachers guide and pay special attention to the boarders. Special tuition classes & sports facilities are also provided to boarders. What quality food is offered to the students in mess/canteen?
At Mahi, we have a spacious canteen with cafeteria, where quality home style, hygienic and wholesome well- balanced vegetarian meals are served. The Menu is decided on the advice of a nutritionist. It has the capacity to board 800 students at a time.
What is the security system?
School formed a Safety & Security Committee. It comprises The Principal, two parents, two teachers (one inside the campus and one outside the campus), two students (one boarder and one day scholar), The Estate Manager and the Transport Incharge.
The main aim of the Committee is to monitor the smooth functioning of the safety measures installed in the school like CCTV cameras, fair extinguisher, first aid kit etc.
A few measures that we have already taken to ensure students safety are:
- Two staff members report to the school at 6.50am before the students enter the school. Once the students leave school, the entire building is secured by the Estate manager.
- 32 CCTV cameras are installed across the school, including the entrances of toilets. These are regularly maintained to ensure they are functional.
- Movement of all adults inside the school is recorded and maintained in registers. The school campus is secured and the gates in use are manned at all times.
- Student toilets are clearly demarcated and separate toilets are used by non-teaching staff.
- All buses used by Mahi are owned and operated by Mahi and all drivers and conductors are employed directly by Mahi after careful vetting of their credentials and references.
- Buses pick and drop the students inside the school premises, under the supervision of the school transport in-charge/teachers.
- Sessions on Safe and Unsafe touch are also conducted for students from time to time.
- Teachers are assigned duties on vantage points at the time of arrival, interval and departure.
- Fair extinguishers are also installed in school & buses.
- 24 intercoms are also available including main gates.
- Emergency gates are also constructed in the school to handle any situation.
Apart from these, several other measures are in place to deal with situations such as bullying, corporal punishment, physical safety, natural calamities and medical emergencies.

Does the school provide transport?
YES, Mahi has a large fleet of buses and vans. The bus/van routes are customized according to the pickups so as to reduce the travel time for the children. All the buses of different routes are mobile connected.
What are the charges for transport and uniform cost as well?
Transport charges are as per the slab pertaining to different locations. Uniforms and books would be charged on actual.
Is there an entrance exam for seeking admission?
No written tests are required for pre-primary level. Here, the admission can be confirmed after an interaction with the admission authorities.
Admission to senior classes from first onwards can be attained after the child attempts the entrance tests.
How many students you will have in one class?
We maintain 20-25 children per class for Kindergarten. However, from Class I to V there will be 30-35 and from VI to X 35-40 students in each class.

For the classes I to X from 7:30 am to 1:20 pm.

The school is affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi (CBSE). It is a national education board and follows a syllabus developed by NCERT (National Council for Educational Research and Training). This association ensures

What are the basic class activities and facilities?
At Mahi all classes are smart classes which use all interactive modules. Smart class empowers teachers with technology right inside the classroom and helps them to teach their curriculum topics more effectively. The classrooms turn into lively learning platforms for students and the teachers can choose from a mix of teaching tools such as the traditional chalk and blackboard coupled with graphics, sound, animations, and videos.
